NeoTeric Wine is a label created by Che Miraudo. At NeoTeric we seek to create wines of the Margaret River region using negociant fruit in our own style. Che has worked in the region since 2021 and is an avid lover of wine and the industry. NeoTeric takes inspiration from wines made stylistically with a lighter hand, less interference in the cellar and overall, a truer sense of place. We also put a heavy emphasis on vignerons undertaking organic and sustainable practices in viticultural and farming.
Techniques learnt from different establishments are used in the winemaking process. Neoteric is not an adjective to describe the brand compared to the industry, but to describe each cuvee as a new or modern approach in representing the fruit and region. This itself will be a journey for you, the consumer, just as much as it will be for us.
Neoteric Wine is currently being made with the help of great colleagues and like-minded people both in the wine industry and other fields. It is a label that is built with the help of the community and for the community. We hope this sense of comradery and joy is expressed when drinking the wine.
