Che began his career in the wine industry in 2021 at Si Vintners as a cellar hand for vintage. Since then, he hasn’t looked back.  

After the 2021 harvest he continued at Si in the vineyard, he worked there until going to Littorai in Sonoma County, California for their 2022 harvest. There Che made some amazing formative relationships and learnt extensive knowledge in both the cellar and the vineyard. In 2023 after the inaugural NeoTeric vintage in the tractor shed he went north to do harvest in the south of France, working both in Languedoc at Opi D’aqui and Domaine Rouge Bleu in Provence.
