Please note that all orders containing alcoholic beverages can only be placed by persons over 18 years of age, and all deliveries must be signed for by a person over the age of 18.

Please note that our minimum order quantity is 3 bottles, and orders are packed and shipped in quantities of 3, 6 or 12 (to fit our dedicated wine shipping box sizes).
Wines can be mixed and matched to meet these order requirements.

All orders are shipped by courier and are usually dispatched within 4 business days, depending upon stock availability and payment verification. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email update with shipping details along with the associated tracking number. You may follow the link in the email to check the estimated arrival of your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

International shipping rates and duties vary significantly between geographical regions. Please get in touch with us directly via email so that we may find the most efficient and gentle route for your wine to travel across borders.

RETURNS

Please choose wisely, as we do not normally offer refunds if you have simply changed your mind. 
Where there is a fault or a wine is defective / not as described, you are entitled to an exchange or a full refund if a replacement is not available.
