In spring of 2022 NeoTeric found its home on 11 hectares in Rosa Glen. The property came with the basics. The blank slate nature of the land, paired with the pockets of rich alluvial soils made it a perfect farm for NeoTeric.

Since then, there has been a focus on increasing the overall health below and above the soil using organic and Biodynamic principles. NeoTeric is inspired by Ted Lemons’ concept of Generative agriculture in the approach to farming. This form of agriculture is inviting a new relationship between humans and their environment. It refers to the fact that as a society we are too far past the idea of regenerating something that once was. There is too much ground to try and recover, so why not discover. Establishing new environments that promote healthy human relationships and ecosystems for generations to come.
